We got many more designs than we hoped for and are very happy with the one we chose. Communication with individual designers worked well and they were quick to make the revisions we requested. The options to order the entries in different ways (e.g. Client's Rank, Order of Submission) was very helpful. Our only criticism is that there were numerous instances of designers blatantly stealing others' ideas, and we wonder whether the ranking system makes that inevitable. Fortunately we got many original ideas as well and tried to ignore the logos we thought were plagiarized.
