I wasn't able to edit some things I entered initially and it made the contest confusing for the participants. I was able to make a comment to help direct them but because I entered "Where fun and frolic rule" as our "Tagline" rather than what I was looking for in this particular contest and COULDN'T change it, I got a ton of useless entries.

We were very happy with the results for a contest. And had to have some help from the staff at logo contest as I made multiple mistakes even though I have now used them four times. The submission were fantastic. We got exactly what we needed and were surprised by how much our entire team liked the results.

We got many more designs than we hoped for and are very happy with the one we chose. Communication with individual designers worked well and they were quick to make the revisions we requested. The options to order the entries in different ways (e.g. Client's Rank, Order of Submission) was very helpful. Our only criticism is that there were numerous instances of designers blatantly stealing others' ideas, and we wonder whether the ranking system makes that inevitable. Fortunately we got many original ideas as well and tried to ignore the logos we thought were plagiarized.
