We are really liking the designs coming through. The use of the limited palette colours on the logo, and the greys and blacks in the writing. We like the logo being representational as that is what we teach. we like the balance of the sincerity with the playfullness being conveyed. thanks for all your work

Dear All, fantastic work. we love the font and the tag lines. the relationships are getting better and better. The coloring is great. We seem to especially like it when the symbol links with the word but also when it can stand on its own as its own symbol-icon.
A reminder: we are a traditional oil painting school following 19th century techniques, based in London UK. Thanks for all your work

Just a comment, nobody has put in a Pictorial Mark or Letter Form Mark . We'd like to see some examples.

We like the way the designs are going. Through all your work I think we are now getting a sense of how we would like to continue. We like the writing black, in tonal shifts (ie perhaps going grey) rather than colour shifts. We like the cleanness of the inclusion of the palette with the limited colour palette on it. We are open to new ideas and pushing forward with the ones already started. Thank you for your work.

Hi, I've included 2 oil paintings of the type of art work we produce. For some reason my images have been widened so they look a little distorted. I do not want a portrait or figure incorporated into the logo, but thought it might help get the classical feel of the art we teach. Both these paintings were done exclusively from life and with the use of the limited palette (white, yellow orchre calm, cadmium red, ultramarine blue, black.
Our contemporaries are the Florence Academy of Art, the Angel Academy of Art, Studio Incamminati and RIchard Schmid
Thanks again

We are a very classical art school teaching traditional 19th century techniques. We emphasize the importance of value/tone (light & dark) creating form as opposed to color.

We like the use of the palette idea. we use a specific limited palette of colours: white, yellow ochre, cadmium red, ultramarine blue and black- could this be conveyed on the palette. I like the palette more in perspective. The concept of Lavender is not part of our business; we don't want lavender colour (ie purple or pastels). Like the scripted text but also like the tag line below. As we are a representational art school we like the symbol being representational as opposed to abstract. Perhaps better not to have background colour, but needs to sit well with both our website and headed buff paper for letter head. I do like the artist painting if it were more in proportion and classical.

Welcome and Thank You for Choosing LogoContest.com!
Here are some helpful hints to make sure you get the most out of our site, and your contest.
1. Please rank your submissions or post general comments a minimum of 1 time per day while your contest is running. This is required should you want to request an extension to your contest and will produce the best results from our designers.
2. Once your contest receives 40 design concepts, your prize amount will become "Guaranteed".
3. Please make the most out of our messaging and comment systems.
a) Place general comments on this main contest page to give all of the designers your preferences and what you would like to see or not see.
b) Clicking on any designers submssion will bring up a page of all submissions by that designer with an option to post private comments pertaining only to his work. (Only the contest Holder and that designer can view and post to this page)
c) Clicking on the designer username under a submission will allow you to send a completely private message to that specific designer.
4. Please "Eliminate" only those logo designs that you feel have no chance of winning your contest. (Be aware that eliminating everything may discourage participation from the designers.)
5. Please rank the designs 1 to 10 and there are also options to rank Elements you like, Colors you like, and Fonts you like. This will help guide the designers toward the design that you are looking for. For the best variety of designs, try not to keep the same design ranked #1 for an extended time as this may result in copying of that design.
6. Once your contest ends and is in judging mode, any revisions to designs that you request from the designers can be emailed to support AT(@) logocontest.com and we will enter them into your contest for you.
Discussion Guidelines:
1. Designers and Contest Holders please always be respectful of each other, we all have the same goal.
2. Please do not criticize any design publicly, these discussions should only be held in private.
