The process was fairly easy to use, but a little clunky in terms of viewing the designs. Lots of designer participation in our contest. Requesting changes was a little difficult at times to communicate what we wanted changed. An option to upload an image directly to the designer (where we might be able to use a visual along with the description) would make it easier. Also, when sending comments or feedback to the designers, it would be helpful if the message already included the submission# you were commenting on rather than having to type it into the message every time. Being able to eliminate multiple designs at a time would be useful. A side by side comparison would also be useful. Overall, we are satisfied with the process and we are very happy with the design we chose!
