Hi All,

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we really appreciate the efforts put forward for our logo.

We wish we could pick all of them, but unfortunately it's not in the budget.

This was a very tough decision, but we are going to go with the design we believe will work best for a logo "and" something we can use for a sauce label.

Hi all,
I appreciate all the efforts and understand how frustrating this can be for all of you, as it is for me. I was cooking bacon tonight (3 lbs for a friend :)) and had an epiphany. I saw a simple "cool and original" Moose standing on the left side of a grill with a fork or spatula grilling some food, smiling with the WHATEVAH SAUCE and tagline to the right (something clean and simple), but original. I don't know, something crazy in the last minutes of the contest. As you can see, I have the current designs I like selected and unless I see something very original and crazy, I have my pick.

Hey All,

Well, you are all making it harder as the new ideas are good and the improved ideas are even better. Getting down to the wire. I would suggest possibly throwing out some "crazy" new and "original" mascot ideas. You never know. I appreciate everyone's hard work.

Ok, the upload problem was because I was trying to upload pdf files. Kind of late now, but I uploaded some of my early ideas for mascot "types" etc.

Hi All,

Glad to see the new ideas "takes" on the logo, however I was just informed that the character/mascot ideas that I had thought I uploaded and you could all see, were not. Thus I guess when I kept repeating in my comments to please "look at the ideas I uploaded" a lot of you must have been scratching your heads. I attempted to upload them again so all could see, but when I do, it looks like it uploads as a broken file. If I click on it I get a blank screen and when I go back (back arrow) the file is gone. They are pdf files so I'm not sure if I need to do a different format or not. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, down to (4). I appreciate all the efforts, but it doesn't seem like my comments have been understood.

Remember, I'm looking for something "original" in a mascot(s). Something that would be looked at an not mistaken for any other product. I'm not stuck on anything in particular (although the four left are farm animals). I'm open to "anything" (single mascot/simple or even a little more complex like my #1 pick) thus far.

Please re-read the comments and look at the "type" of characters I uploaded. Comical, funky, original with "contrast".

Hi All,

TGIF, I hope you all have a good weekend.

Having said that, as you can see, I eliminated the majority of the logos. I was hoping that after I put out my feedback, that I might see some "original" mascots etc. but I guess not.

I'm going to put out an idea to all that might get us closer to what might be what I'm looking for.

First of all, the mascots I uploaded (from clip art found on the internet) has the "look" I am looking for. Having said that, this is what I have in mind.

Large font "WHATEVAH SAUCE" with original cow, chicken, pig, shrimp, dispersed throughout (looking around letters, through letters etc.) with either a bottle of sauce in hand or a thumbs up. The tagline "Awesome on Whatevah!" below in a smaller font.

Sorry to be a pain, but this is painful.

Good Morning,

First of all I appreciate everyone's efforts and look forward to new logos. I've private messaged each of you with specific feedback and ideas on how I would like you to improve on your initial concepts. As an overall comment to the group, I want to re-iterate a couple things.

1. I want this logo to be comical and fun (whatever mascot(s) you choose to make should be smiling and either holding a sauce bottle or a thumbs up, etc.) I would really like something "new" that would be readily identifiable with Whatevah Sauce when seen.
2. I want "simple" and "bold", no cursive writing.
3. Remember the theme "Whatevah". This sauce is good on whatevah and the logo should represent that, either by having multiple mascots or ingredients. (possibly even a mascot holding a plate with different foods on it, chicken, burger, ribs etc.)
4. Very important for me to see the Business title "above" the tagline. Reading the tagline first doesn't flow as well to me.

Just for clarification and not to be harsh, but If a logo is submitted without a mascot(s), I will reject it. I could make a simple logo myself and save $500. I'm looking for something original.

Hi Everyone,

I appreciate the efforts thus far, but just to be clear Whatevah sauce is "not" a HOT sauce. It is tangy and sweet with a "lil" heat. The peppers and flames to me automatically make me think of burn your tongue hot and that is not what I want to convey. I also really want a mascot or mascots. Something original and fun in line with the not so well made ideas I uploaded. Looking forward to your creativity.
