Description and What We Do: NO OBSTACLES (NOOBSTACLES) is a combination Lifestyle/Action Sports clothing brand that is identified by its trademark abreviation NO. The meaning behind our company name NOOBSTACLES and the NO brand is rather unique in that we are looking to take the traditionally negative term “NO” and turn it into an inspirational positive. Everyone on this planet, no matter what age, sex, nationality or social-economic background, faces obstacles and challenges on a daily basis. It can be an individual, a group, a business, a community, a country or even the planet. Our mission with the NOOBSTACLES brand, is to be a reminder, an inspiration to everyone to stand up to those obstacles, those walls, those barriers and say NO! I will overcome, NO! I will succeed, NO! I will achieve my goal. We are a brand for the people. The focus of this logo design will be the trademark NO. We are looking for a Mark that is clean, simple and easy to read, yet unique and eye catching enough that draws attention to it and makes people identify NO as the NOOBSTACLES brand.

Hello Designers, Sorry for being a little late on the update. My staff and I have been debating each and every design for the past 4 hours and have narrowed the field down to Ten Finalist. I guess you can say that is a good thing because the options are just that good. But before reveal the Top Ten I want to thank all the designers for your tireless efforts and extraordinary talent. I will be starting another Logo Design Contest in a few weeks and hope to see you all again for that contest.

Hello Designers and LOGOCONTEST, Thank you all for a wonderful experience and a fun week. The artwork that all the designers have submitted over the past several days has been 100 times better than I ever expected. Even though everyone is scattered around the world, it truly felt like we all worked as a team to accomplish a single goal. I wish I had all of you on my staff designing clothes everyday. The first round of judging will begin in a couple of hours (6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Or West Coast time as we call here in Seattle.). The goal this first round is to eliminate at least half of the designs that are currently viewable in the gallery. Then by Midnight tonight we should have our Top Ten designs selected. The Ten designs you see ranked will not be in order of our best to least favorite. We will be moving designs orders around to compare side by side. By 8:00 PM tomorrow night well will eliminate designs down to our TOP FIVE. Our goal is to have a winner selected by Saturday, May 11, 2013.

Hello designers. Well it is the final day of contest today and it looks like I have a real tough decision to make with so many amazing designs. I have removed all the rankings at this point and within the next 8 hours will start the elimination process and the final rankings. Then I will start eliminating the top ten down to the final four and then make the final selection.

I also want to say to the owners and staff of LOGOCONTEST.com that the designers have been amazing and professional to work with and incredibly fast producers. In my company I do 100's of logos and designs each year and I will be back to work with all of you again. Thank you so much. Hello designers, thank you all for your amazing work. We had a great day of updates. Please keep in mind that the design Rankings are not my favorites in order of like but rather a way of grouping the qualifying designs so I can better compare the designs. As you can see I have left out the #1 ranking for this reason. I look forward to the next round.

Hello Designers, Here is a design element update. The NO icon in our company logo is a key element to our brand. The company name is No Obstacles, we took the first letter of each word to form the word NO which we thought was a cool idea. Rather than putting a dot after the N and the O (N.O.) to signify its an abbreviation we inserted the vertical straight line to separate the N and the O (N|O) which represents the obstacle we all face in life. And in doing so the word NO an inspirational rallying cry that says I will overcome and defeat that obstacle.

Hello Designers, My wife pointed out one design element that I forgot to mention in the initial description. The NO icon in our current logo has a straight up and down line separating the NO (N|O) representing the Wall or Obstacle we all must face. This is a key element to the icon however you do not have to use it if you have a unique idea that would give the same impression.

Welcome and Thank You for Choosing LogoContest.com!

Here are some helpful hints to make sure you get the most out of our site, and your contest.

1. Please rank your submissions or post general comments a minimum of 1 time per day while your contest is running. This is required should you want to request an extension to your contest and will produce the best results from our designers.

2. Once your contest receives 40 design concepts, your prize amount will become "Guaranteed".

3. Please make the most out of our messaging and comment systems.

a) Place general comments on this main contest page to give all of the designers your preferences and what you would like to see or not see.

b) Clicking on any designers submssion will bring up a page of all submissions by that designer with an option to post private comments pertaining only to his work. (Only the contest Holder and that designer can view and post to this page)

c) Clicking on the designer username under a submission will allow you to send a completely private message to that specific designer.

4. Please "Eliminate" only those logo designs that you feel have no chance of winning your contest. (Be aware that eliminating everything may discourage participation from the designers.)

5. Please rank the designs 1 to 10 and there are also options to rank Elements you like, Colors you like, and Fonts you like. This will help guide the designers toward the design that you are looking for. For the best variety of designs, try not to keep the same design ranked #1 for an extended time as this may result in copying of that design.

6. We require that you do not ask one Designer to use elements or concepts from another Designer. The general rule is that, if a Designer was the first to use and submit the idea in one of their designs, they essentially own that concept or idea for the remainder of the contest. We will remove any deisgns that use copied concepts. Requests or ideas you have put in your Contest Brief or posted as contest attachments are fair game and open to everyone. Concepts that are considered obvious will also be fair game, for example: a dog & cat for a pet hospital, shopping bag for an e-commerce company, a tooth for a dentist, initials for a lawyer, etc.

7. Once your contest ends and is in judging mode, any revisions to designs that you request from the designers can be emailed to support AT(@) logocontest.com and we will enter them into your contest for you.

Discussion Guidelines:

1. Designers and Contest Holders please always be respectful of each other, we all have the same goal.

2. Please do not criticize any design publicly, these discussions should only be held in private.

3. Designers may not post any external links to any designs.

4. Please do not ask a contest holder to view your designs or discuss any other designs.

5. Designers can not discuss copied designs on the contest pages and may submit a Logo Dispute to the Admin only.

Our team at LogoContest.com as well as our designers will make sure you are 100% satisfied and want you to leave here with a design that you love!

Please recommend us to your friends and business associates for all of their logo design and web page design needs.
